The most important ambition of our project is to lay a foundation for an improved transition towards a more adapted support system for independent cultural spaces and to deepen relationships of artists and cultural workers with local communities and decision makers.
By gathering a multitude of actors with the aim to foster creation of new knowledge as well as new artistic and cultural practices, we wish to instigate systemic transformation through fresh perspectives and a drive for innovation.

The partners will organise: 3 Status Quo research trips, 9 Innovation Nodes, 3 Slow Residency programmes, a survey with estimated 300+ responses, 30+ meetings with local stakeholders. These activities will result in 10+ presentations/exhibitions of artistic work, creation of Policy paper on New Models of Cultural Infrastructure, promoted by the international conference.

Participants of these activities include 12 residents, 3 status quo researchers, 6+ facilitators, the number of participants from all target groups taking part in activities is estimated at 400+ people. Likewise, the general audiences for all physical activities will exceed 1500 people with an international audience of over 150.000 via online channels.
